Embodied Practice Scripts

Move from theory to practice. These scripts are designed to be used, not just read, to create measurable physiological and psychological shifts.

10-Minute Pre-Meeting Coherence Protocol
Use this before any important meeting, presentation, or difficult conversation to anchor yourself in a state of calm, confident clarity.
  1. Find a Quiet Space (2 minutes): Sit upright but relaxed. Close your eyes. Place a hand over your heart.
  2. Heart-Focused Breathing (3 minutes): Breathe in for 5 seconds, imagining the breath flowing into your heart. Breathe out for 5 seconds, imagining the breath flowing out from your heart. Don't force it. Find a gentle, steady rhythm.
  3. Activate a Positive Emotion (3 minutes): Continue the breathing. Now, recall a time you felt genuine appreciation, care, or gratitude. It could be for a person, a pet, or a beautiful place. Try to re-experience that feeling in your heart area.
  4. Set Your Intention (1 minute): From this coherent state, ask yourself: "What is the highest and best outcome for this upcoming interaction?" See it, feel it. Hold the feeling of that successful outcome.
  5. Embody the State (1 minute): Open your eyes. Take a deep breath and as you exhale, carry this feeling of coherence and positive intention with you into the room.
7-Minute "Become the End" Visualization
A rapid protocol to embody the emotional and physiological state of your desired outcome *as if it has already happened*.
  1. Define the Scene (1 minute): Get crystal clear on one specific scene that represents your goal accomplished. (e.g., Seeing the signed contract email, stepping off the stage to applause, refreshing your bank account and seeing the number).
  2. Enter the Scene (4 minutes): Close your eyes. Step into that scene in the first person. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? Most importantly: What is the dominant feeling in your body? Is it relief? Elation? Grounded satisfaction? Find the feeling and amplify it.
  3. Anchor the Feeling (1 minute): While holding the peak emotional state, gently squeeze your fist or touch your thumb and forefinger together. This creates a neuro-association, an anchor you can fire later.
  4. Gratitude and Release (1 minute): Say (internally or externally), "Thank you for this reality, which is now manifest." Feel genuine gratitude. Then, release the visualization. Do not cling to it. Trust that you have signaled the outcome to your nervous system.
Identity Rehearsal: The Leader Who...
A mental rehearsal to install the beliefs and automatic behaviors of the leader you are becoming.
  1. Define the Identity (2 minutes): Complete this sentence: "I am the leader who _________." (e.g., "...inspires clarity in chaos," "...builds billion-dollar conscious companies," "...heals team divisions with ease.")
  2. Choose a Scenario (1 minute): Pick a common, recurring challenge you face. (e.g., A team member challenging your decision, feeling overwhelmed by your inbox, a high-stakes negotiation).
  3. Run the Simulation (5 minutes): Close your eyes. Watch the scenario play out, but instead of your usual reaction, see yourself responding as the leader you just defined. How do they walk? How do they breathe? What do they say? What do they not say? Feel the emotional state of that identity. Run the simulation 2-3 times.
  4. Declare the New Protocol (2 minutes): After the rehearsal, state aloud: "My new automatic response to [scenario] is [new response]." This consciously overrides the old pattern.
